The Rutgers Connection Network (RCN) Faculty Mentoring Program is designed to advance a culture of mentoring and inclusion at Rutgers and increase the engagement and scholarly productivity of Rutgers faculty by providing the infrastructure, training, and facilitation to enable effective and collaborative mentoring partnerships beyond the departmental level.

Full -time Rutgers faculty at any rank are invited to join the Rutgers Connection Network  mentor pool as Mentors to mentor or peer-mentor other faculty interested in gaining guidance and mentorship to succeed in their academic careers at Rutgers University.

By joining, you are indicating your general interest in mentoring faculty at Rutgers. You will be matched with a faculty mentee or peer-mentor only if there is a good match in a particular year AND you confirm your interest and availability to mentor them that year.
